Inspire Nutrition is a low-cost, self-guided option with monthly live coaching. You’ll still get expert guidance from a Registered Dietitian, practical tools, and accountability, but in a way that fits a busy lifestyle.
Each month, we’ll cover a key nutrition topic (like macros, meal prep, or reducing cravings) in a live, interactive session. You can ask questions, get personalized insights, and walk away with actionable steps. The calls will be recorded if you can’t make it live. You can view the recording anytime that is convenient for you. Access to the calls will be available to you for the duration of your membership.
You’ll get two macro-friendly, family-friendly, and easy-to-prepare recipes per week. These meals are designed to support your goals without requiring hours in the kitchen.
You’ll be paired with another Inspire Nutrition member to check in with throughout the program. This added layer of support helps keep you motivated and consistent.
Absolutely! While we encourage tracking as a helpful tool, the program is designed to help you build better nutrition habits whether or not you count macros. We focus on portion awareness, protein intake, balanced meals, and sustainable strategies.
Inspire Nutrition requires a six-month commitment to ensure you have enough time to see real results. Nutrition isn’t a quick fix, and this structure helps you stay consistent and build lasting habits.
After your initial commitment, you can continue on a month-to-month basis or cancel anytime.
The program is flexible! The recipes and nutrition guidance can be adapted to fit your needs, whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or have specific dietary preferences.
The Inspire Nutrition program is independent of the Inspire Fitness program. While I encourage you to participate in both for the best results, you can do so independently of one another. The Inspire Nutrition monthly fee will be a separate charge & will be billed monthly on the day you sign up. After 6 months, you can cancel anytime.
