I'm Casey - a Registered Dietitian and Certified Person Trainer. I'm also a mom of three teenagers who gets it. I've spent the past 7 years helping women over 40 feel strong, capable, and consistent - not burned out and defeated. I built the 14-Day Strength Reset because I kept hearing the same thing from women: "I know what to do, I just can't seem to stick with it." This program is my answer to that. Structure, support, and a pace that actually works for real life.

Just dumbbells. That’s it. No machines. No bands required. If you have lighter and heavier dumbbells, great - if not, I’ll show you how to adjust.


You’ll train 3 days per week, with each workout lasting 20 minutes.
Enough to build momentum and a solid routine - without taking over your life.


The 14 Day Strength Reset is fitness-focused. If you opt in for the Coaching Access Pass - you will get access to the "3 Daily Anchors Nutrition Framework"


The workouts are pre-recorded & will be available via the app -you can view them ANYTIME that is convenient for you.


No stress. You’ll have access to the workouts so you can catch up when life happens. Consistency over perfection is the goal.


With strength training consistently, most women notice changes in how their body looks, feels, and fits in clothes. That said, the primary goal is building a structured routine and momentum, which supports fat loss over time. We’re playing the long game here - and it works.


You are absolutely not on your own.
