Hi! I'm Casey. I am a Registered Dietitian & Certified Personal Trainer. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of health & nutrition. 

I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from Central Michigan University in 2002- the same University my oldest son attends currently! In 2010 I earned a Master's Degree in Nutrition through CMU as well. 

I have worked in a variety of settings including public health and in the outpatient clinical setting. My primary interest has always been in weight management, and while I was able to do some of this in the clinical setting, I had a better idea. 

I knew my clients could see better success with weight loss if they had more support and encouragement than what their insurance covered, so I built a program to better meet these needs. 

In January 2019 I started my business, Inspire Health & Wellness. I didn't have a clue about running a business, but I had a passion, and I knew I could help people. I created a Facebook page and a flyer, and got to work! 

Soon after I started my business it was evident to me that nutrition & fitness go hand and hand, and while I had always been active, I didn't have the knowledge or training to support others with their fitness. I have since become a Certified Personal Trainer, and I so enjoy the fitness aspect of my work. 

Through trial & error I continued forward. My client base and client successes began to grow! Two years later I was able to quit my day job, and now dedicate all of my time and effort into helping women all over the world become better versions of themselves.

My passion is in helping women feel better about themselves through nutrition & fitness. I love this work, and I truly love what I do! I have helped thousands of women achieve confidence & levels of fitness they never thought were possible.
