All you need is a set of dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy if possible), a mat, and a small space to move. No fancy gym setup required, this program was designed to be done at home or on the go.
You’re in the right place. Summer Sculpt includes a full Beginner Track with a separate schedule and follow-along workouts to help you build strength safely and confidently, even if you’ve never lifted before or you’re just getting back into it.
Most workouts are around 30–40 minutes, with optional finishers if you want to add a little more. These are designed to be efficient, effective, and realistic for a busy schedule.
Life happens! The program is flexible and you’ll have access to all the workouts for the duration of the 5 weeks, so you can catch up or repeat a week if needed -no stress, no guilt.
