Just a pair of dumbbells! (Light or medium weights are fine- usually 5 pound & 8 pound dumbbells are sufficient- we’ll build from there.) A yoga mat for stretching & core work is helpful too. 


This program was made for beginners. Whether you’re brand new or it’s been years since you’ve worked out- you’ll fit right in.


Each session is 20–30 minutes. Quick, effective, and easy to fit into your day- even if you’re juggling all the things.


You will have the opportunity to join LIVE workouts for added accountability, but if the LIVE time doesn't work for your schedule, no worries! The workouts are recorded & will be available On Demand -you can view them ANYTIME that is convenient for you.


Life happens! The program is flexible and you’ll have access to all the workouts for the duration of the 4 weeks, so you can catch up or repeat a week if needed -no stress, no guilt.


While the focus is strength and consistency, many women feel leaner, more energized, and see noticeable changes by building muscle and boosting metabolism. If your goal is fat loss, I recommend upgrading to the nutrition option (see below!)


You’ll have access to all workouts, videos, and resources for the duration of the program, which is 4 weeks. Access will end on October 4, 2025;
