Just a handful of dumbbells! (Light or medium weights are fine. That's it. No gym, no machines- simple & doable at home. 


25-35 minutes. Short enough to fit into the rush of the holidays -powerful enough to see real results.


You will have the opportunity to join LIVE workouts for added accountability, but if the LIVE time doesn't work for your schedule, no worries! The workouts are recorded & will be available via the app -you can view them ANYTIME that is convenient for you.


Life happens! Especially during the craziness of the Holidays. The program is flexible and you’ll have access to all the workouts for the duration of the 5 weeks, so you can catch up or repeat a week if needed -no stress, no guilt.


While the focus is strength and consistency, many women feel leaner, more energized, and see noticeable changes by building muscle and boosting metabolism. If your goal is fat loss, I recommend upgrading to the nutrition option (see below!)


Not at all! I am offering a "Beginner Track" with this program, so if you are brand new or re-starting, I help you ease in safely. We will review form, keep workouts simple, and I'll be there to guide you every step.


You’ll have access to all workouts, videos, and resources for the duration of the program, which is 5 weeks. Access will end on December 21, 2025;


You’ll have built a solid foundation and consistent routine, and I’ll share how you can keep the momentum going with continued support and next steps if you want to keep training with me!
