Absolutely! There will be a Beginner track offered, which is perfect for women who are brand new to lifting or haven't been active in quite some time.
A handful of dumbbells & a yoga mat are all you need! If you are just getting started with lifting, 5 pound & 8 pound dumbbells are ideal. For those who are more experienced, you can use whatever weights you are currently lifting with.
Most workouts are around 35 minutes. 40 minutes would be the max duration. Some are as short as 25 minutes. All workouts are available On Demand. You can view them anytime that is convenient for you.
The Winter Shred is fitness focused, but some general nutrition guidance will be offered.
All workouts are designed to be done at home with just dumbbells. You CAN do the workouts from a gym, but everything is totally doable at home.
YES! All workouts will be less than 40 minutes, and you can get great results with just 3 workouts per week. All workouts will be accessible through the Inspire Fitness app, so you can do them anytime that is convenient for you.
If you sign up by January 3, the cost is $99. Price will increase to $199 after Jan. 3.
