That’s it. No machines. No bands required. If you have lighter and heavier dumbbells, great - if not, I’ll show you how to adjust.
You’ll train 3 days per week, with each workout lasting 30–40 minutes.
Enough to see results - without taking over your life.
You’ll receive simple protein-focused nutrition support, not a diet or meal plan. Here, nutrition is used to support your training and recovery, not to restrict or control food. You’ll learn:
There is no calorie counting, macro tracking, or food rules.
You will have the opportunity to join LIVE workouts for added accountability, but if the LIVE time doesn't work for your schedule, no worries! The workouts are recorded & will be available via the app -you can view them ANYTIME that is convenient for you.
No stress. You’ll have access to the workouts so you can catch up when life happens. Consistency over perfection is the goal.
Most women notice changes in how their body looks, feels, and fits in clothes - especially through the hips, legs, and waist.
That said, the primary goal is building strength and muscle, which supports fat loss over time. We’re playing the long game here - and it works.
